Shipping policy

Free shipping* (PostNord MyPack Collect)

You now get free shipping on all online orders with the delivery option "Free shipping". Standard delivery method where the package is delivered to one of PostNord's more than 2,500 pick-up points (shop, parcel locker or post office) near you. You will receive an SMS and/or email with a pick-up code when the package is ready for collection.

*free shipping applies to purchases over NOK 1,000 and does not apply to purchases of pool dehumidifiers and other individual products heavier than 35 kg.
**please note that we unfortunately cannot ship goods to Svalbard.

Home delivery (PostNord MyPack Home)

Have your items delivered right to your door. PostNord delivers to your home in the evening where this is available, and notifies you with the time and tracking information before delivery.

Letter mail (PostNord MyPack Home Small)

Is the item small and compact? Then we offer delivery to your mailbox, which is a simple and affordable solution when you need small packages sent in a format that fits in your mailbox. You get tracking and notifications when the barcode is scanned, and if the package is too big for the mailbox, it can be collected at your local post office.

Business parcel (PostNord Parcel)

This option is primarily used for delivery to businesses and includes daytime delivery to the specified business address.

Click & collect (Pick up at our main warehouse in Sandefjord)

All orders can be picked up at our main warehouse in Sandefjord. This option allows for immediate collection, subject to stock availability. As soon as the order arrives at the warehouse, your package will be made ready for pick-up, and you can come directly to the warehouse to collect your item.

Delivery time

We pack and ship orders continuously as we receive them, normally within the first business day. To large parts of the country, the carrier delivers in 1 day. For the rest of Norway, allow 2-3 days, depending on the route. For exact transport times, we refer to PostNord's transport times.

Uncollected packages

A pick-up notification is sent by the carrier to the phone number and email address you provided when ordering. Items that are not collected at the post office within the carrier's deadline, or where delivery is refused, will automatically be returned to our main warehouse.

For uncollected packages, you will be charged a fee of NOK 249 to cover the costs we have incurred in connection with the uncollected package.
