How does it work?

1. Humid and impure air is drawn into the machine. You can use a hose to draw moisture from a different part of the room than where the dehumidifier is placed. This creates natural and good air circulation, and extracts more moisture.
2. The HEPA filter cleans the air of impurities.
3. Inside the dehumidifier, the humid air is directed through a heating element and a desiccant rotor. The humid air must be vented out of the building with the included moisture hose or other suitable hose.
4. The humid air is blown directly out of the machine using regenerated air.
5. The purified and dried air is now safe and clean, and circulates back into the room. This helps maintain a healthy and comfortable indoor climate.

The key to effective and good dehumidification is good air circulation. Use hoses on all flanges to draw in humid air and supply dry air to other parts of the room.

Dehumidifier in garage

For optimal effect, we recommend mounting the Arida Pro S19 WiFi centrally in the garage. Use hoses on the flanges for humid air out, wet air out, and dry air back into the room. Direct the dry air at a good distance from where the humid air is drawn in, to achieve natural and good air circulation.

It is important that air vents, ventilation openings and other external air inlets are completely closed. Humid air from outside drawn into the garage will increase humidity, and the machine will have to work harder to achieve stable humidity.

The humid air should be drawn from the innermost part of the room, so that the machine does not draw air leaking in from the garage doors.
