The cord has its own place
Most units have an approx. 2-meter long cable. The Arete dehumidifier also has one. It's practical to have a long cord so you can place the dehumidifier further away from the outlet. If, however, you want to place it close to the outlet, there is often a lot of excess cord. Meaco has found a solution for this too.
On the back of the dehumidifier, there is a space where you can wind up the part of the cord that you are not using. This way, you won't have a lot of excess cord looking messy and that you could trip over. Your vacuum cleaner probably doesn't like such cords lying around taking up space on the floor.
Such a small detail is not rocket science, but it shows how much thought Meaco puts into its products. Small details like this cord management make it better to live with a dehumidifier in the house.
